This series of seven 1 hour classes is for exploration and deepening of personal yoga and meditation practices, primarily beyond asana, ideal for an uplifting, gentle morning practice. 10 minute warm up series of asanas, followed by restful seated twenty meditation practice, friendly to beginners, advanced meditators, and those with especially busy minds. Then, each week a topic from classical yoga philosophy will be presented meant to enrich understanding of yoga, off the mat, as a spiritual lifestyle philosophy.
