Align + Flow is a Vinyasa class suitable for both beginners and more seasoned practitioners. Precise attention and care are given to the way bodies are arranged in each asana, as well as graceful transitions between postures, completely guided by the rhythm of the breath with optional hands on assists. Each class typically includes surya namaskar, standing postures, twisting, back bending, forward bending/hip opening, relaxation, and thoughtful exploration on how to align what we practice on the mat with how we approach all of life. Alignment is offered as a support promoting space, harmony, and ease in body, mind, and soul.

A medium paced, open level class equally focused between precise alignment and breath, and exploring yoga philosophy ideas in a practical way on the mat, with ideas on how to take that journey of discovery off the mat, into life. It is a well balanced practice to reveal the so called “True Nature” of the soul - Truth, Consciousness, and most Bliss. Beginners welcome, although it is not necessarily a beginner’s class.

Slow + Sweaty Flow is a slower flow class designed to create heat through longer holds with a strong emphasis on building strength and alignment. Class ends with a relaxing deep stretch series and a juicy savasana to help you unwind. Perfect for all levels, including beginners interested in building a foundation to transition into the All Levels Heated Vinyasa classes. This class is one hour and heated to 93 degrees.
