A slower paced class for all levels with more emphasis on alignment and mindful transitions, in order to create a depth of mastery in the asana practice due to attention paid to foundation and fundamentals. More complex asanas might be explored one at a time in more depth, but week to week, expect a consistent, well rounded vinyasa practice. Full deep breathing throughout the practice leaves you feeling grounded and relaxed, a perfect reset before the rest of the week.
